The Top Dawg Award
Welcome to the BVFC Top Dawg Award submission page. Make sure you read the Top Dawg Award criteria before you submit a page.
Criteria:
1. The page must be quick loading--the welcome (index) page must load in around 40 seconds or less on a 28800 modem. Exceptions will be accepted if the loading time is well worth it -- I don't want to wait five minutes for a huge picture of you and your friends or something like that. I would wait five minutes for a page with good content. MAKE THE LOADING TIME PROPORTIONAL TO THE CONTENT.
2. The page must contain no pornography.
3. The page must be graphically pleasing and well designed - pictures are great when meaningful and well-places.
4. The page must not be under construction. I understand that all pages are continually "evolving" but I don't want to spend my time judging pages with two lines of content.
5. Must be one of the top Dawg sites on the web!
